摘要：This article considers the monetary evaluation methodology in the project management, which allows considering the strategic management from the viewpoint of designing, where the designing represents a specific branch of system engineering focused on the creation through the formation of requirements to technology, i.e. determination of its functions at the project “input” and allocation of the structure at the “output” as a final result of the designing in the conditions of modern urban location. The article also considers the risk analysis and monetary evaluation in the project management.
