摘要：Trabalho recebido e avaliado pelo Conselho executivo da Revista Quaestio Iuris RESUMO O objetivo do presente trabalho reside em abordar aspectos relevantes concernentes aos partidos políticos, para que se possa melhor compreender a dinâmica do financiamento de campanhas e a relação deste tema com a infidelidade partidária, além de toda uma ordem de considerações que tem ensejado o advento de reformas no âmbito do Direito Eleitoral (Lei nº.11.300/06, e.g.) e de propostas ainda em discussão no Congresso Nacional (PLP nº.1.210/07 e PL nº.35/07, e.g.).
