摘要：Trabalho recebido e avaliado pelo Conselho executivo da Revista Quaestio Iuris Resumo O presente artigo busca entender as relações entre a Moral e o Direito, estabelecendo o que é a Moral, se existe uma lei moral e qual é a sua natureza.O mesmo estudo é desenvolvido no que se refere ao Direito.Por fim, pretende o artigo tentar dar conta das correlações entre Moral e Direito respondendo à pergunta crucial: deve a Moral inspirar as normas jurídicas, ou deve se limitar ao âmbito da consciência individual?.
