其他摘要：In this article the author analyzes the role of objective good faith in the consecution of the European Code of Contracts principles. In order to carry through this task, the author defines the conformation of the institute of objective good foith, carried through by the European Code of Contracts, as a mechanism of overcoming the rigidity of the commom law and civil law systems. The article also deals with the innovations incorporated in specific subjects of the contracts law and propagated by the new Code.
