摘要：The environmental control in Cuba, part of the approval of the ground ruleses once the environmental matter was related to, as from the triumph of the social project in the year 1959, next I suffer through the period of institutionalization where the State reorganizes and with it the Public Administration, politicians and strategies in pursuit of the preservation of the natural resources draw themselves, we expressed in juridical ground ruleses, the case to mention the Ley No. 33 is such of, the one that was substituted at a later time by the Ley No. 81 of, conceding attributions to Ciencias's, Tecnología's Ministry and Medio Acclimatize in this matter. At a later time with the implementation of the activity of the auditing at the country, the one that started like National Oficina of Auditoria within Finanzas's and Precios's Ministry, next proceeded to being Auditoría's Ministry and Control, like Organismo of the state Central Government, and the fact that finally you became the present-day General Comptrollership of the Republic, exercising in accordance with the Ley No. 107, the highest state control at the country, and with it the environmental control through the auditing like an one belonging to the tools of environmental step. The administrative right like transverse axle of the state-owned public activity, it emits radiation for the attainment of the Civil Services to exercise for part of the Administration toward his person under administrations, in this case pertaining to the environmental control in pursuit of the sustainable development, taxpayer to the local development in mail, with the policy drawn in the new cost-reducing model of the country through the Guidelines embraced in the 6to Congress of the Communist Game of Cuba, ratified in agreement for part of the National Assembly House of the Popular Power. The historic logician, the exegetic leant for the execution of the article in the scientific backup methods to investigation juridical, analysis and revision of scientific documents so much social like juridical.
