标题:Function Allocation Strategies for the Unmanned Aircraft System Traffic Management (UTM) System, and Their Impact on Skills and Training Requirements for UTM Operators
摘要:The purpose of this paper is to discuss a cognitive task analysis related to the task of the UTM manager with the goal of determining display requirements for that role. UTM is a project founded at NASA Ames which seeks to integrate and manage small UAS operations in the NAS. Specifically, the NASA UTM project goals are to enable safe and efficient low altitude UTM operations with as much autonomy as possible, reducing the need for human oversight. In this paper, we also consider the types of operations that the manager would perform and the training needed to facilitate the acquisition of the UTM manager’s knowledge, skills, and responsibilities.
