摘要：Product quality, cost efficiency, production flexibility and enhancement of industrial performance are the targets of the intelligent manufacturing vision. This raises new challenges for the development of automation and industrial IT solutions. In particular the availability of semantic description of data and data sources aligned with product, production and process information is a necessary condition for the realization of the objectives. This paper presents a generic ontology based approach for the semantic modelling of data sources establishing the basis for seamless information exchange.
