摘要：Abstract The aim of this search was to examine the effectiveness of harm reduction program on the addiction attitude of injection addicts from the DIC center of Karaj city in Iran. After having a random choice in this center, the ones referring to DIC have been examined through informative questionnaires.Then their attitudes about the indexes of family relations,hazardous sexual behavior,occupational status,crimes of the addicts and common injection have been examined.The statistical population includes 120 people was selecteded through random sampling method.In the next step,the subjects assigned in two group which 60 of them were experimental group measured the effect of independent variable on them and the rest of them 60 people were a part of control group.To analyzing data used chi square.The result of these search clam that there is a big significant difference between experimental group and control group and the consequence of this search shows that effect of independent variable means harm reduction interventions can decrease the negative attitude toward addiction,on experimental group.
