摘要：Lo studio è incentrato sulla rappresentazione di una miniera di zolfo nel cuore della Sicilia. I legami tra gli impianti fuori terra e la fitta rete di gallerie del sottosuolo costituiscono una efficace metafora della struttura urbana e di alcune delle questioni legate alla rappresentazione dell’architettura. Il dualismo tra spazi apollinei e dionisiaci, tra il regno della percezione e quello della tattilità e della memoria, rappresentati rispettivamente dalle strutture fuori terra e dal sottosuolo, costringono alla ricerca di forme della rappresentazione capaci di esprimerne le peculiarità. Tre tavole, disegnate con una tecnica obsoleta, matita su cartoncino, cercano di rappresentare la complessa struttura della miniera ed esplicitare il ruolo della tecnica della rappresentazione come mezzo espressivo, secondo l’accezione di Heidegger. Viene infine proposta una analogia fra la struttura del labirinto e alcune tendenze dell’architettura contemporanea.
其他摘要：The study is focused on the representation of a sulphur mine located in the heart of Sicily. The link between the outside plants and the underground network of galleries is intended as a symbol of the overlayed structure of the cities and as a metaphor of the representation. The dualism between apollynian and dyonisiac environments, that is open spaces under the light and underground worlds, where obscurity is permanent, forces the search of proper representation techniques, capable of conveying the peculiarities of each realm. Three plates, drawn in an obsolete way, pencil on art board, try to explicit the complex relations underlying the structure of the mine and the role of the ‘technique’ of representation as an expressive mean, according to Heidegger’s definition. Finally, an analogy between the labyrinth and some trends in contemporary architecture, is proposed.
