摘要:The transition to an urbanized world, which manifests itself with more evidence since the Industrial Revolution, has enormous implications with the global economy, social conditions, as well as to the state of the environment of the Earth. However, at the same time, the phenomenon of urbanization while it absorbs the constant growth of the world population turned the cities in the main centres of innovation and global development engines. The artistic and scientific concerns about the Big City, as a economic and cultural product of conjugated both of industrialization and urbanization, pose the problem in understanding the urban nature as a first step towards the construction of a new urban science based on the principles on which holds the so-called eco-development.
