摘要:The Italian government after the olive oil reform (Reg. EC 864/2004) has adopted the total decoupling. The effect of this choice is the increasing of the risk of abandonment of olive trees cultivation in marginal low productivity areas, but with high environmental and landscape value. This study analyzes the impact of law changes on the keeping of olive trees cultivation in marginal areas, going into the aspects of landscape and hydrogeological preservation, through the identifi cation of parameters for measuring the public intervention effectiveness. Furthermore, a multicriteria methodology on land basis is proposed to define the priorities in the choice of areas for the keeping and implementation of landscape in a sample area in the Media Valle Umbra, Italy.
