摘要:This analysis is focused on the main features of market oriented Italian farms as a percentage of the farms surveyed in 2000 General Census of Agriculture. This subset includes all farms with a legal recognition (ag. Farms that are part of corporations, enterprises or public entities etc.) and any individual farm which officially declares that a part or the whole production is commercialized. In particular, the study underlines the issues related to economic farm dimension and its dynamics during the intercensus period; the different types of conductor, judicial form, land use, workforce and amount of work. Further analysis deals with the activities connected to agriculture for what concerns the commercialization of land products.
