摘要：For the definition of agricultural holding Italy, as Member State of European Union, shall take into account what agreed and established at EU level. At the present such definition is in discussing with the consequence that at national level the relevant problem is not still faced. So, with the present paper, the Author means to submit to the attention of experts and users the juridical community and national ties, as well as the information needs, on which the future definitions of agricultural holding and enterprise to adopt in Italy for the next agricultural Census 2010 will be founded.
