摘要：Il recente sviluppo delle filiere agro-energetiche, tra cui quella del biogas, risponde al nuovo ruolo che il settore agricolo può svolgere in termini di produzione di energia rinnovabile e di creazione di nuovo reddito differenziando l’attività agricola e valorizzando i rifiuti e i sottoprodotti della lavorazione. L’obiettivo del lavoro è valutare la convenienza economica di due impianti di biogas da realizzare nella Regione Marche, attraverso l’Analisi Costi-Benefici (ACB) su investimento privato, in due diverse realtà produttive: un’azienda agro-zootecnica e un’industria di trasformazione di ortofrutta. L’analisi dei due casi di studio cercherà di evidenziare come la produzione di biogas rappresenti un’opportunità per le aziende agricole locali, oltre a rispondere a principi sociali di sviluppo sostenibile. Il contributo vuole anche sottolineare come il ruolo delle politiche di incentivazione dell’energia “pulita” risultino determinanti per il successo di questa realtà imprenditoriale.
其他摘要：The recent development of the agro-energy sector and the strong demand of renewable energy have increased interest in biogas plants that use the anaerobic digestion technology. This activity provides to produce new revenue, to realize multifunctionality and to enhance the use of byproducts and manure as inputs.The paper investigates the economic feasibility of biogas and electricity production in relation to plants’ size and biomass used through a private Cost-Benefit Analysis. Moreover, we analyze two biogas plants that will be implemented in Marche Region (Center of Italy): the first is realized in a livestock farm while the second in a farms’ consortium which owns a vegetable processing industry. The analysis of the two case studies seeks, in particular, to emphasize how the production of biogas represents an opportunity for local farms. Nevertheless, the paper underlines the need of policy support and of optimal tariffs for green electricity.
