标题：The stabilization of agricultural income in Italy: analysis of the new tool of risk management and simulations of impact

摘要：The work focuses on the analysis of the Income Stabilization Tool introduced by the European commission in the draft Regulation for rural development 2014-2020. In particular, the work illustrates the characteristics and potentiality of the IST, underling the possible weaknesses. In addition, after a brief discussion of international positions on the introduction of the Income stabilization tool, a preliminary analysis was carried out for the implementation of this instrument in Italy. A simulation was conducted for a first economic evaluation on the use of financial resources, including relation to the other subsidized instruments of risk-management.
