摘要：The migration project represents a rational and thought-out choice which occurs a few years before migration itself. The choice is made within the family contests according to laws underlying the family's economy, where every member plays a precise role. The sample this works deals with aims at analysing the relationship network that workers from Tunisia, concentrated in an italian region, maintain with their country of origin. The study tries to determine whether the process of working and cultural integration in the recipient area causes a progressive permanent break these people and their country or whether it favours and reinforces their desire to go back, which is often found among emigrants. The migrant's adaptation and innovation in the receiving country as well as his economic behaviour (saving and remittance capability) which is strictly related to "production return", besides favouring the immigrant's personal economic growth, also triggers important mechanism in the co-operation process between two countries.
