摘要：Abstract Humans are constantly seeking destinations and designing paths for reaching them. Here a question arises: Is only the destination important and not the journey itself? The human being is faced with two kinds of invisible and dangerous termites: (1) The termite of ‘what would have happened if …?’ (2) The termite of ‘when …?’ These two types of termites eat away human life. They do not let us live our lives and deprive the individuals of all their journeys. Then, at the end of the path, the individuals are fatigued due to experiencing the journey's heavy stress and agitation. It should be pointed out that when the individual does not care for the path and wants time to pass more quickly to reach the destination, s/he feels distressed, spasmodic, nervous, irritable and anxious. All of which lead to the secretion of chemical poisons in the body, ultimately causing mentosomatic illnesses.
