摘要：Abstract The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between intellectual capital and function of the private insurance companies of Iran. To examine the primary and secondary hypotheses, simple, multiple, and stepwise regression were used on SPSS software. The results showed that when examining the relationship between intellectual, human, customer and structural capital separately and independent from function, any of these factors has significant relationship with function while examining simultaneous relationship of these factors with function, just structural and human capital have significant relationship with function.
