标题：O ESPORTE DE ALTO RENDIMENTO COMO POLÍTICA PÚBLICA DO ESTADO BURGUÊS: ACUMULAÇÃO, A LEGITIMAÇÃO E EXCLUSÃO SOCIAL CAPITALISTA NEM SEMPRE DISSIMULADAS
摘要：O presente artigo discute as políticas públicas implantadas em Goiás na área de Educação Física (EF)/Esportes nos âmbitos municipal e estadual, analisando o papel do estado burguês como promotor dos processos de acumulação e legitimação capitalista, na medida em que, para conter os gastos públicos – ‘crise’ fiscal do Estado –, faz cortes nos programas de EF nas escolas públicas, mantendo nelas, porém, programas que ampliam a hegemonia do sistema esportivo de alto rendimento (SEAR). Concluímos que isto se dá porque, através do SEAR, o Estado implementa a acumulação/legitimação capitalista no âmbito da cultura corporal.
其他摘要：The present article discusses the public politics concerning to Physical Education/ Sports at municipal and state level. The function of the burgeous state in charge of the process of accumulation and capitalistics legitimation is analised. The financial crisis of the state interrupted the programs o PE in the public schools, maintaing only those related to the hegemony of spotrs of high efficiency. One may infer that through SEAR the State keeps its capitalistic legitimation in the are of corporal culture.
