摘要:In this study verified the effectiveness of a method cinesioterapeutic fisiomotriz the minimization of pain, functional autonomy and gain of bone mass in osteoporotic elderly women. Composite sample of 30 osteoporotic women, between 65 and 70 years with pain and functional limitation divided into two groups: pain of low intensity (PLI), high pain intensity (PAI). Performed tests of pain, functional autonomy, and analysis of bone mass before and after the intervention of a method fisiomotriz, comprising four progressive levels of exercise, three times weekly, for 50 min., for a year. Studied data via descriptive statistics and inferential, index of acceptance ALFA set at 0.05.using an analysis of variance with the Kruskal Wallis chi-square index of independence (x2).There were significant changes in the improvement of pain, Chi=0.0006 and autonomy functional with a “p” =0,0001 to (PLI) and a “p” = 0,0008, for (PAI).There was no significant gain in bone mass in any of the groups. Concluding that the method fisiomotriz showed significant results in reducing symptoms of pain and extension movements, and effective in maintaining bone mass.
