摘要：This research aims, mainly, to analyze the establishment of coherence in humorous texts from a radio program called “Café com Bobagem”, transmitted by Transamérica S/A network, and to verify which language resources are used to produce this kind of humor and how they are applied. We adopted as theoretical contribution the concepts of the Textual Linguistics. According to our analysis, we verified that the expectations rupture, imprevisibility, nonsense, incongruity and pattern breaking are resources that act in the establishment and maintenance of humor text coherence, for what the topic difference doesn’t interfere in it. The texts of “Café com Bobagem” tend to be longer than most of the jokes and they tend to present several triggers of the humor – the opposite of the most of the jokes. The sound is its main resource. So, the intonation, musical background, voice changes, laughers, voice imitation and the way of speaking, the choir, the tap, the paralinguistic traces, linguistic variation, games of words, the rhymes and the ambiguities have an essential function over the establishment of the humorous radiophonic texts coherence.
