  • 摘要:With the distance education, it is transferred to reflect it regarding the interaction mediated for technological tools in virtual environment. By means of the Bakhtin referencial, it is argued interaction in Chats, Foruns and Painel of Opinions of a broad course of after-graduation in the modality in the distance. The Forum can be understood as a space in which different others are brought up to date, providing an asynchronous dialogue not only with the initial proposal, but also with diverse the other positions assumed for the other pupils. The Foruns, Chats and Painel of Opinions would be spaces possibilities of construction of this intertext, a time that the words of a person are always e, inevitably, crossed for the words of the other, rescuing social voices, professional knowledge of world and experiences. This verbal interaction, inside of the Bakhtin conception, denotes a joint construction of the reality, certifying that none of the speeches unknown and is produced only by a speaker, but yes that has a collective production to know and practical. These tools, in this direction, function as a mediated field of interaction, exchange and development of abilities related to the process of education and learning.
