摘要：Este trabalho analisa a constituição do Porto Digital, situado no Bairro do Recife, principal zona portuária e patrimônio histórico da cidade. O objetivo é revelar de que forma a implementação deste paradigma territorial de acumulação, baseado nas estruturas virtuais de acumulação, promove a criação de um ambiente de negócios em tecnologia de informação e comunicação (TIC) no Bairro do Recife. Ao mesmo tempo, a pesquisa buscou analisar os desdobramentos práticos oriundos da implantação deste modelo de acumulação e compreender de que forma o espaço urbano foi transformado devido à montagem desta estrutura. Os resultados iniciais comprovam que o Porto Digital e suas instituições estão promovendo: a aproximação do meio acadêmico com o meio empresarial; a implementação de um paradigma de acumulação que tem como pilar as estruturas virtuais de acumulação e o desenvolvimento econômico do Estado de Pernambuco.
其他摘要：This work analyses the constitution of Porto Digital, located at Bairro do Recife, principal zone pertaining to a port and historical patrimony of the city. The objective is to reveal how the implementation of this territorial accumulation paradigm, based on the virtuals structures of accumulation, promotes the creation of a business ambient in technology of information and communications (TIC) in the Bairro do Recife. At the same time, the investigation searched to analyze the practical decomposition originating with the implantation of this accumulation model and to comprehend how the urban space was transformed because of this structure scenery. The initials results proves that the Porto Digital and its institutions are promoting: the approximation of academic middle with the producer middle; the implementation of a accumulation paradigm which has as foundation the virtuals structures of accumulation and the economical development of Pernambuco’s state.
