摘要：Esse estudo teve por objetivo avaliar o estado de conservação da nascente da bacia hidrográfica do Rio Uberabinha (Uberlândia-MG). Foi realizado através de revisão bibliográfica em bancos de artigos e teses disponíveis em ambiente eletrônico e pesquisa de campo com registro fotográfico. Também foram realizadas coletas em quatro locais de amostragem, que se caracterizam por usos diversos, como a exploração de argila refratária e agropecuária. Para o estudo da degradação deste ecossistema, analisou-se qualitativa e quantitativamente a comunidade zooplanctônica, que são organismos utilizados como indicadores de qualidade de água, bem como seus principais fatores abióticos (temperatura, pH, transparência), fornecendo subsídios para futuros trabalhos de recuperação da área. Considerando as categorias estudadas, percebeuse que a maior problemática foi falta de diversidade biológica do Rio Uberabinha pela ação antrópica com a ocupação de grande parte das áreas legalmente protegidas pela legislação ambiental.
其他摘要：This study aims to evaluate the state of conservation of the areas of permanent preservation of spring of the hidrography basin of Uberabinha river (Uberlândia-MG). It was carried through bibliographical revision in article banks and available teses found in electronics and research of field with photographic register. Also collections in four places of sampling had been carried through, characterizing for diverse uses as the refractory clay and farming exploration. For the study of the degradation of this ecosystem, the zooplanktonic communities were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, that is used organisms as indicating of quality of water, as well as its main variations factors (temperature, pH, transparency), supplying subsidies to future works of recovery of the area. Considering the studied categories we perceived that the great problematic was lack of biological diversity of Uberabinha River for the human action with the occupation of great part of the areas legally protected by the environmental laws.
