摘要:Abstract: The paper intends, by to get back of hegemonic ideas in the seventy decade, to compare the relation of technical and basic education with the productive process in the 70’ and in the contemporary economy. It intends, starting from this comparation with diverse context, to contribute to a more ample understanding of function of the professional education nowadays.
