摘要：Discute-se, por meio deste artigo, o papel desempenhado pelos professores e alunos na formação tecnológica e o seu impacto na constituição de um processo pedagógico virtual.Com base em autores como Oliveira (2009), Freire (2008), Kenski (2003) e Valente (2002), analisa-se a mudança das formas de interação entre quem aprende e quem ensina e a mudança do modo como se reflete sobre a natureza do conhecimento em ambientes virtuais de aprendizagem.
其他摘要：This paper discusses the teachers’ papers and students in the technological formation and its impact in the constitution of a virtual pedagogic process, starting from the authors’ vision as Oliveira (2009), Freire (2008), Kenski (2003) and Valente (2002), it analyzes the change in the interaction ways among who learns and who teaches and the change in the way about reflection and the nature of the knowledge in virtual environment.
