摘要：La literatura, el grabado y la pintura contribuyen a definir como “culturales” paisajes urbanos que sobresalen por su emplazamiento, entorno, entramado y construcciones; en definitiva, por todo lo que les confiere valor patrimonial y refleja modos de vida que se han sucedido a través del tiempo. Por eso, los “paisajes culturales urbanos” permiten la lectura del pasado, son la mejor imagen colectiva de sus ciudades y encierran un valor didáctico para la sociedad. En este artículo, resultado de un proyecto de investigación subvencionado por la AECI, se analizan los mecanismos que favorecen la transformación de los paisajes culturales y las dificultades de conservarlos. Pocos de estos paisajes han llegado hasta nosotros bien conservados, a pesar de una legislación de protección muy antigua, y los que así lo han hecho, están hoy más amenazados que nunca. El “Convenio Europeo del Paisaje” es la principal esperanzas para su protección y para armonizar paisaje y patrimonio↓La littérature, la gravure et la peinture contribuent à définir en paysages “culturels” urbains ceux-là qui detachment par leur site, environnement et construction; en bref, pour tout ce qui permet de leur accorder une valeur patrimoniale et d´y reconnaître des styles de vie qui se sont succédé le long des temps. C´est pour cela que les “paysages culturels urbains” sont éléments privilégiés qui permettent la lecture du passé, ils sont devenus la meilleure image collective de leurs respectives villes, en plus de leur valeur didactique pour la société. Cet article est le résultat d’un projet de recherche subventionné par l’AECI, on y analyse les mécanismes qui contribuent à la transformation des paysages culturels et qui entravent leur conservation. Seulement un restreint nombre de ces paysages arrivent à nos jours en bon état de conservation, malgré une ancienne préoccupation en Espagne pour le patrimoine et l´inclusion des références au paysage dans toute la législation d`aménagement du territoire. La “Convention Européenne du Paysage” devient le principal espoir pour harmoniser le paysage et le patrimoine
其他摘要：The literature, the engraving and the painting help to define as “cultural” the urban landscapes that stand out for his emplacement, environment, studding and constructions; definitively, for everything what patrimonial value awards them and reflects manners of life that have happened across the time. Because of it, the “cultural urban landscapes ” are privileged elements that allow the reading of the past, are the best collective image of his cities and enclose a didactic value for the society. In this article ensued from a project of investigation subsidized by the AECI, there are analyzed the mechanisms that favor the transformation of the cultural landscapes and the difficulties of preserving them. Few of these landscapes have come up to us well preserved, in spite of the fact that the worry for the patrimony is ancient and of that the references to the landscape are gathered in the whole planning.
