摘要：La Política de Fomento de las Energías Renovables desarrollada en España durante la primera década del siglo XXI ha establecido un marco legislativo favorable que permite la viabilidad económica de las centrales solares termoeléctricas. Las grandes empresas eléctricas y constructoras realizan cuantiosas inversiones en instalaciones con gran potencia instalada, localizadas en la España meridional. Este artículo analiza cuatro aspectos básicos de este sistema de producción de electricidad: las tecnologías, la política que ha permitido su implantación y desarrollo, la localización de las centrales, y su impacto sobre el medio ambiente.↓La politique d’encouragement aux énergies renouvelables mise en oeuvre en Espagne dans les dix premières années du XXIème siècle a établi un cadre législatif qui a permis la viabilité économique des centrales solaires termoélectriques. Les grandes entreprises d’électricité et de construction ont effectué de nombreux investissements en installations de grande puissance, situées au sud du pays. Cet article analyse Quatre aspects fondamentaux du système de production d’électricité : les technologies, la politique qui a permis son développement, la localisation des centrales et l’impact sur l’environnement.
其他摘要：Over the first decade of the 21st century, the Spanish Government has developed a policy to encourage the production and use of renewable forms of energy. One consequence has been the establishment of the legal framework that grants economic feasibility to the installation of thermoelectric solar plants. The big companies already involved in the production of renewable energies have increased their investment in new plants with greater installed power; these are mainly located in southern Spain. In this paper we address four basic aspects touching on this system of electric energy generation: (i) the technological one, (ii) the policies which have favoured its development, (iii) the geographical situation of the most important plants and (iv) its environmental effects.
