摘要：El objetivo de este artículo es analizar y valorar el proyecto "Art and the Built Environment" (ABE), ("Arte y entorno construido"), experiencia pionera en el enfoque ambiental de la educación artística centrada en el medio ambiente urbano. Para ello se describe su desarrollo y se contextualiza históricamente en el marco socieducativo de Gran Bretaña en los setenta. Se definen sus objetivos, contenidos y métodos y se analiza su influencia en la educación artística mundial. Como conclusión se revisan y actualizan sus propuestas desde una perspectiva contemporánea, tras los cambios sufridos por la educación artística y por las ciudades en las últimas décadas.
其他摘要：The aim of this article is to analyse and evaluate the "Art and the Built Environment" (ABE) project, which constitutes the very first experience of its kind in the environmental approach of the artistic education focused on the city. The context of the project is based on the socio-educative framework of Great Britain in the seventies. The main objectives, contents and methodology of the project are defined and the results assessed. Finally, after the changes experienced by the art education and the cities in the last decades, the influences of this project are presented in the framework of the global art education as well as the validity of the proposals from a contemporary point of view.
