摘要：This article analyzes the results of the labor reforms implemented in Spain since the nineties and their impact on temporary employment. The analysis of the budgets contained in the various reforms and their justification is a good exercise to identify what is new in employment policies aimed at reforming a labor market characterized by high seasonality, high job turnover and high unemployment figures. The analysis of the evolution of this method of contracting in its various form shows labor market resistance to legislation measures and, therefore, their inefficiency.
