摘要：The aim of this study is to describe the thematic agenda of a number of international online media. To do this, we rely on the approaches developed in the theory of agenda-setting across multiple investigations. Thus, through a quantitative content analysis, we intend to see what issues are most relevant in the breaking news of the media analyzed according to certain aspects such as: authorship, geographic location, sources of information or the development on the front page. This article is part of the research project of the Ministry of Science and Innovation: “Evolution of Spanish online media in the context of convergence: an analysis of the message” (CSO2009-13713-C05-04-subprograma SOCI-)
