摘要：Ríos Rosas began his political and constitutional life in 1836, when the 1812 revolutionary political model transformed into the liberal post-revolutionary parliamentary moderate model. It was National Deputy for the first time on that date; soon becoming a member of the Royal Council, and during the Isabel II time, he opposed both Espartero as Narváez. He was a remarkable lawyer, civil, capable of evolve politically. Rios Rosas came to confront politically Cánovas in the “Sexenio”.
