摘要：El artículo ofrece una nueva interpretación de la División Española de Voluntarios (DEV), nombre oficial de la unidad militar agregada a la Wehrmacht para colaborar en 1941 en la invasión de la URSS, y bautizada como División Azul por los jerarcas de Falange. Con documentación procedente de distintos archivos, sobre todo del Archivo General Militar de Ávila, se demuestra que el número de voluntarios civiles aportados por las Milicias del Partido no sobrepasó el 50% del contingente total, que el número de falangistas fue inferior, que los cuarteles del Ejército tuvieron que aportar la mitad de la tropa y que, de forma creciente, una parte del personal enviado al frente del Este fue forzado a alistarse y, a continuación, rechazado, en tanto que indeseable, por el Estado Mayor de la División. El artículo se centra en el análisis de este personal, con atención a los desertores. La conclusión es que la División 250 de la Wehrmacht no fue una DEV y, menos aún, una División Azul.
其他摘要：The article presents a new interpretation of the Spanish Volunteer Division, official denomination of the military unit added to the Wehrmacht in order to collaborate in 1941 in the invasion of the USSR, and named Blue Division by the leaders of Falange. With douments from several archives, particularly the Public Military Record in Ávila, it can be proved that the number of civil volunteers from the Militia of Falange did not exceed the 50% of the whole contingent, that the number of fascists was lower than that amount, that the quarters of the Army ought to contribute with half of the troops and, gradually, a part of the personnel sent to the eastern front was forced to enlist and, afterwards, was rejected, as undesirable, by the staff of the Division. The article focuses on the analysis of this personnel, often hostile to the Francoist dictatorship, and pay attention to the defectors. The conclusion is that Division 250 of Wehrmacht neither was a Volunteer Division nor a Blue Division.
