摘要：Este trabajo analiza dinámicas de incorporación y exclusión en perspectiva histórica, encarnadas en el espacio social y geográfico local; pautas de organización social y productiva que imperaron de acuerdo con la constitución, articulación y desaparición de modos de producir y distribuir recursos. El propósito es describir y analizar la genealogía de la exclusión actual de sectores sociales subalternos rurales: ¿cómo y por qué se vive en la exclusión? A partir de historias de vida y fuentes secundarias, se tratan dinámicas que involucraron a grupos guaraníes ava guaraníes y a la industria azucarera en la alta cuenca del Río Bermejo, provincia de Salta, frontera estatal argentino-boliviana. El control efectivo de este espacio y su población no se dio durante el periodo colonial ni de organización estatal; la ruptura de fronteras interiores se produjo a finales del siglo XIX e inicios del XX a través de instituciones privadas -con un rol fundamental en el ejercicio de hegemonía político-económica- que instrumentaron la expansión territorial, la incorporación de fuerza de trabajo y el orden social. Estas dinámicas constituirán luego el principio de marginalidad y exclusión de los grupos locales, base de su reivindicación étnica.
其他摘要：This work analyzes dynamics of incorporation and exclusion in historical perspective personified in the social and geographical local space; guidelines of social and productive organization that reigned in agreement to the constitution, joint and disappearance of manners of producing and distributing resources. The intention is to describe and to analyze the genealogy of the current exclusion of ethnic rural sectors: how and why does one live in the exclusion? I take de ava guaraní case and ther relations with the sugar industry in the high basin of the Bermejo river, province of Salta, Argentine- Bolivian border. The effective control of this region did not was happen during the colonial period; the break of interior borders took place at the end of 19th century and beginnings of the XXth through private institutions -with fundamental role in the exercise of economic and politic hegemony- that they orchestrated the territorial expansion and incorporation of workforce. Dynamics that then will constitute the beginning of marginality and exclusion of the local groups, base of their ethnic recovery.
