摘要：Una adecuada y optimizada gestión de la información que nos proporciona el uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones se plantea como un objetivo imprescindible para entender la Sociedad del Conocimiento de forma conjunta entre los países europeos e iberoamericanos, y reducir consecuentemente la brecha digital. El e-learning y el uso de la tecnología multimedia van parejos a la investigación sobre nuevos modelos de educación y rentabilidad social en los que, tanto el sector público como el sector privado, pueden encontrar beneficios tras la adecuación de las TIC’s a las dimensiones sociales y económicas de los entornos hispanohablantes.
其他摘要：Adapting and optimizing management of the information that provides the use of the Technologies of the Information and the Communications to us are an objective essential to understand the Society of the knowledge between the European and Latin American countries, and to reduce the digital breach consequently. E-learning and the use of the multimedia technology goes even to the investigation on new models of education and social benef it in which, as much the public sector as the deprived sector, can f ind benef its after the adjustment of the TIC's to the social and economic dimensions of the latin america surroundings.
