摘要：Se presenta una descripción de la importancia que tiene la determinación de las necesidades de información y el comportamiento informativo por los centros de documentación o las bibliotecas especializadas que atienden a una comunidad de usuarios conformada por investigadores en instituciones de educación superior. Expone algunas técnicas que permiten determinar las necesidades y el comportamiento informativo. Asimismo expone algunos de los resultados de una investigación realizada en la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México con los investigadores y presenta en un anexo el comportamiento de los investigadores de las áreas de humanidades, ciencias sociales y científica obtenida de diversas investigaciones realizadas sobre todo en países desarrollados, así como presenta una bibliografía recomendada sobre este tópico.
其他摘要：A description of the importance that has the determination of the information needs and the informative behavior by the information centers or the specialized libraries appears that take care of a community of users conformed by investigators in institutions of superior education. It exposes some techniques that allow to determine the needs and the informative behavior. Also it exposes some of the results of an investigation made in the Independent National University of Mexico with the investigators and presents/displays in annexed a behavior of the investigators of the areas of humanities, social sciences and obtained scientist of diverse investigations made in countries mainly developed, as well as it presents/displays a bibliography recommended on this topic.
