摘要：El presente artículo versa sobre la obra y el pensamiento de Alasdair MacIntyre, centrándose en After Virtue, su trabajo más emblemático. Se realiza un recorrido por esta obra, pero a diferencia de otros estudios se la ubica dentro del pensamiento y la labor general del autor, con el propósito de alumbrar algunas de sus ideas. en ese sentido, el contextualizar dicho trabajo dentro del pensamiento de MacIntytre, y su evolución posterior, permite rastrear ciertas concepciones características del pensador escocés. Así, se ahonda en aspectos que todavía quedaban abiertos cuando escribió After Virtue y que con el paso del tiempo han ido confeccionando su reflexión, como por ejemplo la impronta que en ella ha dejado Tomás de Aquino.
其他摘要：This article centers on the thought of Alasdair MacIntyre, whose most prominente work, After Virtue, is considered a classic of political science. In contrast with other reviews, this article will examine After Virtue within the broader context of MacIntyre’s thinking and publications. An overview of MacIntyre’s literary corpus and the evolution of his thinking will shed light on the volume examined and trace certain ideas that are characteristic of this Scottish political philosopher. Matters that remained unsettled in After Virtue have become over time more defined in MacIntyre’s thinking, such as the influence exerted upon him by Thomas Aquinas.
