摘要:This paper analyzes the crises raised and resolved by the character of Olivia Pope and her workers in the 29 chapters of the first two seasons of the TV series Scandal . Each one is inspired by real crisis and is a brilliant exposition of how to communicate and inform. In addition, the TV series focuses on different types of crisis: personal, institutional, corporate, political, military, health. Far from being a television fiction, can be erected as a vehicle for learning and teaching to communicate. To prove it, we will present crises and how they are resolved, alluding to theories of the history of communication.
