摘要:This article suggests the discussion about communication study usefulness though the research in this field, building on the teaching/learning process carried about by the university students as a project for the subject Social Production Communication , the mentioned project includes self-observation and communicative practices analysis in society. This study is part of the Innovative Education Project Continuous Evaluation of the teaching in the Social Communication Official Master´s Degree, c leared by the Complutense Office for Quality, announced in 2013. Particularly, the investigation and analysis of the everyday communicative situations in the student’s real life are tackled in this work. The planning of research was guided by work groups, in order to encourage academic principles of participatory and collaborative character.
