摘要：A useful methodology in the identification of archaeological wheats is presented. It is based in the use of computerized discriminant analysis of nine modern wheat species as a means of identifying archaeological wheat samples. The method has been applied in contexts coming from 15 sites with diverse geographical configuration and chronologies which range from Neolithic times to the change of Era.
