摘要：The article studies how it is possible that the autobiographical writing can acquire a cognitive value in some contexts, for example in the «collective traumas». The article analyzes the cases of some writers—witnesses and tries to explain how the personal experience can serve of instrument against the oblivion and the historical deformation of the social memory.
