摘要：In the first part of this article we defend theoretically why to undertake the study of mobbing from the perspective of Pierre Bourdieu´s Action Theory Model. At the same time we revise the main concepts of his theory, that is, Field, Capital and Habitus In the second part we present the model linking these concepts with the factors that are associated with mobbing in order to get a deeper and more complex understanding of the phenomenon than those of the psychopathological model developed by Iñaki Piñuel, the socio-psychological model by Jorge Corsi and Graciela Peyrú, and the job hazard model by Dolores Fernandez and Clara Llorens.
