摘要：Se presenta una reelaboración metapsicológica de la transferencia desde una conceptualización sobre las representaciones como unidades del psiquismo. Las transferencias se originan por el esfuerzo de una investidura libidinal insatisfecha que continua activa en el Inc. que a través de un “falso enlace” permite que el proceso primario se filtre inadvertidamente en el secundario y por ello se identifique una percepción actual con la representación expectativa que hace al sujeto estar convencido de que con esta nueva persona si se satisfará dicha investidura. La neurosis de transferencia es un pilar psicoanalítico pues sólo a través de ella se puede acceder consciente y actualmente a las mociones pulsionales inconscientes reprimidas, propias de la sexualidad infantil, y también reanudar el desarrollo psicosexual.
其他摘要：This paper shows a metapsychological re-creation of transference from a conceptualization of representations as the units of psychism. Transferences have their origins in the effort of an unsatisfied libidinal investiture that continues to be active in the Unconscious, and which allows the primary process to inadvertently filter into the secondary process through a “false link”. Therefore, a current perception becomes identified with the expectative representation, which makes the individual believe that this new person will satisfy the aforementioned investiture. Transference neurosis is a psychoanalytic pillar, since only through it may one consciously and currently have access the repressed unconscious drives, a feature of childhood sexuality, and restart the psychosexual development
