标题：FACTORES INDIVIDUALES, RELACIONALES Y ESTILO DE VIDA EN PERSONAS DIAGNOSTICADAS CON SINDROME DE INTESTINO IRRITABLE (Individual, relationship & lifestyle people diagnosed with irritable bowel Syndrome)
摘要：Este artículo presenta los resultados de una investigación sobre la relación que establecen algunos pacientes diagnosticados con Síndrome de Intestino Irritable (SII) con sus rasgos de personalidad, sus formas de establecer vínculos y relaciones y sus estilos de vida. La metodología utilizada fue cualitativa, de tipo comprensivo-hermenéutico y se desarrolló a través de una entrevista en profundidad realizada a una muestra elegida por conveniencia, de 8 pacientes diagnosticados con SII, de ambos sexos, entre los 21 y 55 años de edad. Las entrevistas arrojaron que dichos pacientes se perciben a sí mismos como malgeniados, perfeccionistas, introvertidos, nerviosos e inseguros; con un alto nivel de estrés y con dificultades para vincularse e interactuar con otras personas. También se encontró que sus estilos de vida varían notablemente, que cada uno de ellos construye una dieta específica y que no hay tratamiento médico universal que puedan indicar como el más efectivo para enfrentar los síntomas de la enfermedad. Palabras clave: Estilo de Vida, Rasgos de Personalidad, Relación Interpersonal, Síndrome de Intestino Irritable.Abstract This paper presents the results of a research about the relationship with those patients, who have been diagnosed with Irritable bowel Syndrome (IBS), their personality traits, their way of established relationships, and their lifestyles. The action research was conducted by a qualitative methodology of hermeneutics type. And an interview was made to a selected sample of eight patients of both sexes, diagnosed with irritable bowel, between 21 and 55 years old. The interviews analysis showed up that these patients perceive themselves as bad mood, perfectionists, introverted, nervous and unconfident; also they suffer a high level of stress, and they present difficulties in interacting and having interpersonal relationship. It was also found that the patients’ lifestyles vary greatly, each one of them follows a single diet, and there is not a universal medical treatment which may be indicated as the most effective way to deal with the symptoms of the disease.Key words: Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Interpersonal Relationship, Lifestyles, Personality Traits.
