摘要：Se realizó un estudio relacional cuantitativo con el propósito de describir las actitudes de los docentes hacia las TIC y su relación con variables sociodemográficas de los mismos (edad y género) y con aquellas que indican posibilidades de acceso a las tecnologías (computadora en el hogar y Enciclomedia en el salón de clases). Los resultados señalan que de manera general los docentes poseen actitudes positivas hacia las TIC, especialmente en los docentes de género masculino y en aquellos que cuentan con mayores posibilidades de interacción con las mismas. Transferencia a la práctica La incorporación e integración efectiva de las TIC en las escuelas, y sobre todo en la práctica docente, es una necesidad dentro del sistema de educación en México, toda vez que se identifica que los docentes poseen actitudes positivas hacia las TIC y que son influenciadas por el género y por su posibilidad de interacción con estas. Este estudio apoyará las estrategias que pretenden que los docentes incorporen de manera efectiva las TIC a su práctica; además, permite predecir que la capacitación en esta temática será aceptada y que es necesario facilitar y hacer más accesible el manejo de las TIC para los docentes.
其他摘要：A quantitative relational study was conducted in order to describe the attitudes of teachers towards ICT and their relation to certain socio-demographic variables (age and gender) and to variables that indicate accessibility of technology (computer at home and Enciclomedia —a bank of multimedia resources— in the classroom). The results indicate the teachers generally have positive attitudes towards ICT, especially male teachers and those who have a greater chance of interaction with them.Transference to practiceThe incorporation and effective integration of ICT in schools and especially in teaching is a need within the Mexican education system, since it was identified that teachers have positive attitudes towards ICT, however influenced by gender and the ability to interact with them. This study will support strategies intended to have teachers incorporate ICT more effectively into their practices. Moreover, it allows to predict that training in this area will be accepted and that it is necessary to make ICT more accessible for teachers.
