摘要:A partir de la complejidad y actualidad que tiene el término "interdisciplinariedad", el autor intenta hacer una crítica reflexiva orientada hacia la articulación y verdadera aplicabilidad del concepto, en el ejercicio de la enfermería. Con un breve recorrido por el desarrollo teórico-conceptual se evidencian las múltiples interpretaciones que se pueden hacer en torno a un trabajo interdisciplinario y se intenta hacer claridad en relación al significado del término en discusión. Desde las interpretaciones ambiguas que el mismo se hacen en enfermería, y a través de ejemplos concretos, se muestra la dificultad que se tiene para articular en espacios reales el "hacer interdisciplinariedad". Frente a los inconvenientes conceptuales que agrega la aparición de una nueva propuesta, "la transdisciplinariedad", se propone una reflexión en relación con los aspectos básicos que supone un trabajo interdisciplinario y la labor que frente a esta nueva cultura tiene el docente universitario. Por último, se hace una invitación a reflexionar sobre el significado del trabajo interdisciplinario en enfermería y se critica su verdadera aplicabilidad dadas las implicaciones pedagógicas que tiene su práctica efectiva. ABSTRACTStarting from the complexity and present time that has the term "interdisciplinary", the author tries to make a reflexive critic guided toward the articulation and true applicability of the concept, in the nursing exercise. With a brief one traveled by the conceptual theoretical development they put on in evidence the multiple interpretations that can be made environment to an interdisciplinary work and it is tried to make clarity in relation to the same meaning of the term in discussion. From the ambiguous interpretations that are made in infrimary of the same one and through concrete examplesw, the difficulty is shown that one has to articulate in real spaces the "to make interdisciplinary". In front of the conceptual invenveniences that adds the appearance of a new proposal, "the transdisciplinary", intends a reflection in connection with the basic aspects that it supposes a really interdisciplinary work and the difficult for university professor in front of this new culture. Lastly, an invitation is made to meditate in the meaning of the interdisciplinary work in nursing and its true applicability is criticized due to the pedagogic implications that its effective practice.
