摘要：En estos momentos de nuestra realidad nacional, el concepto de dignidad humana, se encuentra un poco olvidado debido a que ha perdido vigencia ante la violencia que se convierte en algo cotidiano en nuestra vida. El artículo presenta un análisis del concepto y la legislación existente sobre la dignidad humana, permitiendo una reflexión bioética de la realidad nacional. ABSTRACTFirst of all, it is worthy to mention how neglected the concept of our human dignity is, Perhaps it may have lost some credit, due to the daily acceptance of violence in our society. The writing shows a both an analysis and today's legislation a concerning human dignity. This study leads to a bioethics reflection of the national scope.
