摘要:The paper outlines the complex fresco of ideas of Europe proposing a reflection, on the concept of european identity and emphasizing the importance of the cultural dimension. The paper also highlights those paths which today give a new impulse to the collective consciousness of Europeans and give a wider perspective of the social quality of European institutions. To build a new collective consciousness, today’s Europe claims for an open and inclusive identity, a new identity who could develop the shared sense of a common memory based on the wider plurality of social and cultural backgrounds.
