摘要：A tanulmány célja a magyarországi és európai uniós regionális politika városrehabilitációs célú eszközrendszerének vizsgálata. Ennek keretében a tanulmány áttekinti a főbb hazai várospolitikai súlypontokat, illetve azok beépülését a regionális politikába, és ezzel összefüggésben elemzi az Európai Unió vonatkozó fejlesztéspolitikai irányait. Az elemzés fontos szegmensét képezi a jövőre vonatkozó célkitűzések összefoglalása, áttekintése.
其他摘要：The main goal of the study is to review the instruments of urban rehabilitation in Hungarian and EU regional policies. To reach our goal we summarize the most important elements of Hungarian urban development policy, respectively its integration to regional development policy. Focusing on urban rehabilitation, we also introduce the main directions of EU urban development policies. One of the most important part of our study is the review and summary of the references for the next EU programming period.
