摘要：A hazai és nemzetközi szakirodalomban az elmúlt években meglehetősen sok igen értékes munka jelent meg az elérhetőség témakörében. Az egyes szerzők viszont az elérhetőség fogalmán mást és mást értenek, s ennek megfelelően vizsgálataikban is eltérő modelleket alkalmaznak. A tanulmány első felében az elérhetőségi modellekkel kapcsolatos fogalmakat mutatjuk be, majd az egyes modellek ismertetésére kerül sor. Végül a modelleket hasonlítjuk össze statisztikai módszerekkel, s felhívjuk a figyelmet alkalmazásuk sajátosságaira.
其他摘要：In Hungarian and international literature quite many very valuable works were published in the domain of accessibility in the past few years. However, the concept of accessibility had many different meanings author by author, and accordingly authors applied many different models in their analyses. In the first half of the paper concepts related to accessibility models are described, followed by the presentation of each model. The method of calculating con- stants in the models is shown as a novelty in Hungarian and international literature. At last a European example is taken to compare models by statistical methods, and we draw the reader's attention to particularities of their application.
